Empowerment is the foundation of treatment for women in therapy with Dr. Chiariello. There will be a direct focus on building self-esteem and assertiveness as we design your therapy goals. We will separate the roles of wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, coworker and leader to identify who you are and who you want to be.
